Aromatic varietal, cross between Grenache Gris and Muscat. a single vineyard high-desert wine aged 11 months in neutral oak. Dry with pronounced orange marmalade characteristics, this is an impressive sipper but will pair beautifully with Thai and intense Asian food, or garlicky marinated Cuban roast pork. Serve chilled.
