13.4% Alc. Viognier 44%, Chardonnay 35%, Malvasia 21%. I love dry aromatics…I stumbled on a fabulous dry Gewurtztraminer in NZ years ago and fell in love. Here’s a version: a fragrant, aromatic blend sourced entirely from our high desert vineyards. This wine will drink nicely as a sipper or pair with more delicately flavored fish, chicken or pork dishes and most Asian foods. Serve chilled. Our 2021 received Gold Medal at SF Chronicle American Wine Competition, 2017 got a Double Gold and Best of Class, AZ Governor’s Cup.
