Strawberry Sorbet - Sweetened with Dates

A refreshingly sweet treat that is perfect to enjoy during the hot Summer months!
Directions
Cook dates in water for 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring often.
Reduce to a paste, remove from heat and cool.
Add all ingredients to food processor to blend.
Pour in an 8x8 glass baking dish and freeze for 4 hours.
Remove from freezer and pulse mixture in food processor to break up.
Put mixture back in 8x8 dish and freeze for another 2 hours.
Serve with a mint or lemon garnish & enjoy!
