Honey Date Bread

Ingredients

1 cup Arizona honey

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup vegetable oil

200 grams of Medjool dates (pitted)

1 cup applesauce (unsweetened)

4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

3 cups Hayden Flour Mills flour
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly coat two loaf pans with cooking spray.
Roughly chop the dates into approx. ¼ inch piece.
Mix honey, vanilla, applesauce, canola oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the chopped dates.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add this mixture to the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
Pour the batter into two loaf pans and bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
