Date & Granola Brownie Bites
This simple and healthy sweet treat combines Arizona grown medjool dates with 5 Nut Granola from Arizona's own Better Than Provisions.
Ingredients

1 cup Pitted Medjool Dates

1 1/2 cups 5 Nut Grain-Free Granola
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- Shredded Coconut for Rolling
Directions
Cover dates in water and soak for 30 min to soften.
In a food processor, grind granola and cocoa powder. Blend into a finely ground texture.
Strain dates and add to the food processor. Blend until it forms a ball of dough.
Roll dought into 12 to 14 even-sized balls, and coat with shredded coconut. Regrigerate and Enjoy!
