- 2 Avocados, pitted & flesh scooped out
- ¼ cup + 2 T Cocoa Powder
- 10 Medjool Dates, pitted
- ½ tsp. Vanilla
- Pinch Salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold. Garnish with chopped nuts, mint leaves, or fresh berries.
