This simple and healthy sweet treat combines Arizona grown medjool dates with 5 Nut Granola from Arizona's own Better Than Provisions.
Method
- Cover dates in water and soak for 30 min to soften.
- In a food processor, grind granola and cocoa powder. Blend into a finely ground texture.
- Strain dates and add to the food processor. Blend until it forms a ball of dough.
- Roll dought into 12 to 14 even-sized balls, and coat with shredded coconut. Regrigerate and Enjoy!
